THE PERSON BEHIND THE PERSPECTIVE
I’m Jonathan T. Senger (JTS).
My background includes more than 25 years in technology businesses, executive leadership, and three startups with very different outcomes: one failed, one broke even, and one led to an acquisition of its customer base and substantial growth.
Those experiences inform how I work with people facing responsibility, uncertainty, and decisions without complete information.
Today, I bring that business perspective together with more than 7,000 coaching hours and thoughtful inquiry into behavior, relationships, and organizational systems.

The problem you see isn’t always the problem you need to solve.
We begin by understanding the context and examining what may be sustaining the difficulty. The methods differ across coaching, team work, and organizational diagnostics. The principle remains the same.
For individuals navigating greater responsibility, competing demands, difficult relationships, or questions about their direction and contribution.
For teams and groups that need clearer expectations, more honest conversations, and better ways to make decisions and follow through.
For a line of business, division, or organization where execution stalls across priorities, decisions, or handoffs.
A CLOSER LOOK AT COACHING
We begin with a complimentary conversation about your situation and what you’d like to change.
If we begin paid coaching, tailored questions and a written leadership analysis help us explore strengths, assumptions, and possible constraints.
We review the analysis together, agree on a useful focus, and test different approaches in your day-to-day work.
A CONVERSATION, WHEN YOU’RE READY
In a complimentary 30-minute conversation, we’ll:
No preparation is required. If useful, bring one example or a PDF from your website reflection. Both are optional; reflection answers are not shared automatically.
Choose a time through OneCal, which opens in a new tab. No obligation. Coaching, workshops, diagnostics, and any tailored leadership analysis are separate paid engagements, with scope and fees agreed before work begins.
