More responsibility shouldn’t leave less room to lead.
You’ve been promoted, but you’re still carrying much of your old job. You want greater influence, yet important decisions happen without your input. Or you’re delivering consistently while losing the space to think about what comes next.
Coaching creates room to examine your experience, understand recurring patterns, and make more considered choices.
I work with high-potential individual contributors, emerging leaders, and experienced executives. You don’t need a management title or a perfectly defined problem.

“We start with what you’re experiencing, then look together at what might need to change.”
Our first 30-minute conversation is free and carries no obligation. Booking opens OneCal in a new tab.
What we might work on
Influencing decisions and contributing with greater confidence.
Managing competing demands and protecting time for longer-term work.
Sharing responsibility without losing sight of outcomes.
Navigating a new role, difficult relationship, or professional transition.
Recognizing when a familiar strength is beginning to constrain you.
Diagnosis Before Prescription
What first looks like a confidence, delegation, or time-management problem may involve expectations, relationships, assumptions, or conditions around the role.
We explore those possibilities together before deciding what deserves attention.
FROM CHALLENGE TO PERSPECTIVE TO ACTION
How our work begins
COMPLIMENTARY CONVERSATION
Start with your reality
Our first 30-minute conversation is complimentary. We discuss your role, what you’re experiencing, and what you’d like to change. You can ask about my approach and consider whether working together makes sense.
PAID COACHING ENGAGEMENT
Explore more deeply
I develop 15 tailored questions informed by our conversation, your LinkedIn profile, and your company’s website.
You return your responses at least 24 hours before our next session so I can review them in detail.
See the patterns together
I prepare a written leadership analysis exploring:
Work style and leadership themes.
Observations and underlying patterns.
Potential limiting beliefs and coaching targets.
Strengths to preserve and build on.
Questions for deeper clarity.
These are observations and possibilities for us to examine. Your perspective is essential. We challenge the assumptions and agree on what is useful.
Turn insight into practice
We agree on a focus, try different approaches in real situations, and review what you learn.
In some employer-sponsored engagements, clients can also involve their manager in a shared conversation about agreed coaching targets and observed changes in behavior.
A GLIMPSE OF THE ANALYSIS
A strength can have more than one effect.
Condensed fictional example—not a client analysis. A real leadership analysis is substantially more detailed and tailored to you.
How it serves you
You connect perspectives and help difficult work move forward.
Where it may constrain you
Your ability to resolve ambiguity may allow unclear operating agreements to persist.
These are possibilities to examine together, including what may need to change around you as well as within your own approach.
For business professionals investing in their own development, without employer sponsorship.
Both options include our tailored reflection questions, preparation, and a written leadership analysis. That preparation and analysis do not reduce your monthly coaching time.
You also receive 90 minutes of coaching time per monthly service period, usable in 15-minute increments across scheduled conversations and substantive coaching by email.
Three-month engagement
$1,200 total
Paid in advance · Three consecutive monthly service periods
This gives us continuity to examine patterns, try different approaches, and review what changes.
Month-to-month
$500 per monthly service period
No automatic renewal or automatic charge
Each new monthly service period begins when payment is received.
We typically meet every 10–14 days, or about 2–3 times per month. Session lengths can vary according to what would be useful within your available coaching time.
Sessions are remote. Local in-person arrangements may be available by agreement.
Our first 30-minute conversation is free and carries no obligation. The options above apply to the paid coaching that follows. Scope and terms are confirmed before payment.
EMPLOYER-SPONSORED
Employer-sponsored coaching
Coaching funded by an employer is scoped and priced separately from the personally funded options above.
Before beginning, we agree on the objectives, duration, format, fees, and any sponsor or manager involvement. We also establish confidentiality and information-sharing expectations with the parties involved.
Any shared manager conversation has an agreed purpose and scope. Sponsor involvement does not mean unrestricted access to coaching conversations or the written leadership analysis.
Start with a complimentary 30-minute conversation about the situation and what support may be useful.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What would you like to know?
Coaching time and scheduling
What is included in the personally funded options?
Both include tailored reflection questions, preparation, a written leadership analysis, and 90 minutes of coaching time per monthly service period.
Preparation and production of the analysis sit outside that allocation. Sessions and substantive coaching by email use the allocation.
The analysis provides observations and possibilities for us to review together—not a fixed assessment or a guaranteed outcome.
How can I use my 90 minutes?
Coaching time is usable in 15-minute increments. You might schedule shorter conversations around a specific decision or longer sessions to explore something more fully.
Substantive coaching by email also uses your allocation. Time spent reviewing and responding is deducted in 15-minute increments, based on the time involved.
There is no deduction for your responses to exercises, reflection questions, or other assignments I initiate.
Does unused time carry forward?
No. Unused time expires at the end of each monthly service period.
For a prepaid three-month engagement, you receive a separate 90-minute allocation for each of the three consecutive monthly periods. Time cannot be transferred between those periods.
Your service-period dates are confirmed when the engagement begins.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Sessions canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice do not use your coaching allocation.
With less than 24 hours’ notice, including a missed session, the full scheduled time is deducted unless I elect to waive it.
I understand that unexpected demands arise and may make exceptions. Recurring late changes are something we would discuss together.
If I need to cancel, the time is not deducted and may carry forward as needed to give you a reasonable opportunity to use it.
What should I prepare for the complimentary conversation?
Nothing is required. Bring a question, a recent example, or simply a sense that something needs to change.
If you have completed a website reflection, bringing your PDF is optional. Your answers are not shared automatically.
Payment and ending the engagement
How do payment and renewal work?
Payment is due in advance via Venmo. After you accept the coaching agreement, I send the payment details. Your engagement begins when payment is received.
The three-month option is $1,200 paid in advance. The month-to-month option is $500 for each monthly service period, with no automatic renewal or automatic charge.
Fees already paid are non-refundable.
Can I end coaching early?
Either of us may end the coaching relationship.
For month-to-month coaching, no further payment is required, and the engagement ends at the conclusion of the current paid service period.
You may also end a prepaid three-month engagement early, but remaining fees are non-refundable.
Confidentiality and coaching boundaries
What stays confidential?
For personally funded engagements, coaching conversations are confidential. Information is not disclosed without your permission except where required by law, reasonably necessary to address a perceived risk of serious harm to you or another person, or otherwise specifically authorized by you.
Sessions are not recorded, transcribed, or processed through AI or similar tools without mutual consent.
For employer-sponsored coaching, confidentiality, sponsor reporting, and any shared conversations are agreed before work begins. We clarify what may be shared and with whom.
Is coaching therapy?
No. This engagement is for professional coaching, not psychotherapy, counseling, crisis intervention, or mental health treatment.
My behavioral therapy training informs my coaching, but I am not acting as your therapist or mental health provider. Coaching does not include diagnosing or treating mental health conditions.
