YOUR TEAM

Working harder won’t resolve different understandings of the work.

People leave a meeting agreeing on the priority, then act on different expectations. Difficult conversations happen privately instead of together. Commitments slip, or decisions keep returning to the same person.

Sometimes a team needs space to examine how it works. Sometimes a group needs shared practice around a specific leadership challenge.

JTS Coaching offers facilitated team and group experiences shaped around the people involved and the work they need to do.

What we might work on

Understand the need before choosing the format.

A workshop may be useful, but it shouldn’t be the automatic answer.

We first explore what is happening, who needs to be involved, and what would make the work worthwhile. From there, we determine whether a focused workshop, facilitated team conversation, or series of group sessions fits the need.

What an engagement could involve

Establish the focus

We discuss the situation with the sponsor and agree on the purpose, participants, and scope. We also clarify expectations about confidentiality and what will be shared.

Work with real situations

Participants examine examples from their work, compare perspectives, question assumptions, and practice different ways of responding.

Carry the learning forward

We identify practical commitments and ways to revisit them. Any follow-up sessions or broader support are agreed as part of the engagement.

Where additional capacity or expertise would help, I can draw on my professional network of coaches, learning and development specialists, and fractional leaders. We agree on who needs to be involved.

Tell me what your team is facing.

You don’t need to arrive with a workshop brief or a chosen format.

In a free 30-minute conversation, we can discuss the situation, who is involved, and what you hope will change. Booking opens in OneCal.

Workshops, team facilitation, and group programs are paid engagements. Scope, delivery, and fees are agreed before work begins.
