Reflections and downloads

The reflection questions use curated content. Your selected answers and optional action notes remain in this page's temporary browser memory; they are not submitted to JTS Coaching. You can revisit them while the page remains open. Reloading or leaving the page clears them.

Your reflection PDF is created on your device. Downloading or printing it does not send your responses to us. The copy you save or print remains under your control; take care when sharing it or using a shared device. Resource downloads do not require a name or email address.

A reflection offers a perspective and a practical experiment. It is not a psychological assessment, diagnosis, or clinical service.

Contact and scheduling

Scheduling opens Zoom Scheduler, a separate service. Its booking form requests your name and email and offers additional notes. Information you submit is handled by Zoom Scheduler and the connected calendar and meeting services to arrange the appointment. Your reflection answers are not attached or transferred automatically. Review Zoom Scheduler's privacy policy for its practices.

Contact and appointment information is used to communicate with you, arrange conversations, and maintain necessary business records. An inquiry or download does not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails. Information is not sold or provided to others for their own marketing.

Hosting, cookies, and technical information

This website is hosted by Netlify. The hosting provider may process technical information such as IP address, browser information, request times, and access logs to deliver and secure the website. The website does not require a visitor account. Read Netlify's privacy statement for information about its services.

The website uses Umami Cloud for aggregate website and engagement analytics. Reflection answers are not stored in persistent browser storage. We do not use advertising pixels, session recording, heatmaps, or custom visitor identifiers. Hosting and external scheduling services may use their own cookies and logs. Their privacy practices apply when you use them. You can manage cookies through your browser settings; restrictions may affect access or scheduling.

Website analytics

We use Umami Cloud to understand visits, referring websites, and engagement with the reflections and consultation links. Analytics include page paths, page titles, browser and device information, language, approximate location derived by the provider, and the timing of visits and actions. Our integration removes URL query strings and fragments and reduces referral URLs to their website origin before sending them.

Engagement events record the reflection category (leadership, team, or organization), whether a reflection was started, completed, restarted, or generated as a PDF, and where a consultation link was clicked. We do not send individual answers, names, email addresses, or free-text action notes to analytics. Visiting the booking confirmation page is counted as a booking proxy; it does not independently verify an appointment.

Umami uses a session identifier derived from technical request information to estimate visits without tracking cookies. We do not supply our own visitor identity, identify people across devices, or use the data for behavioral profiling. Network information is processed by the provider, so we do not describe all processing as completely anonymous. Read Umami’s privacy policy for its practices.

Analytics data is held by Umami Cloud. Its free Hobby plan currently provides six months of retention; retention depends on the active plan and provider settings. Access is limited to authorized account users. We respect browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals; blocking analytics does not prevent use of the website.

A temporary flag in this tab’s session storage prevents reloading the confirmation page from counting the same visit repeatedly. It contains no name, booking details, or visitor identifier. It resets for a new scheduling attempt or when the tab session ends.

Information handling and your requests

Access to inquiry and appointment information is limited to people and service providers who need it to respond, arrange services, or meet legal obligations. We aim to retain it only as needed for those purposes. Applicable contractual and legal obligations may require some records to be retained.

You may contact us to ask what information we hold about your inquiry, correct it, request deletion, or stop further communications. We will respond according to the obligations that apply to your request. Reflection responses that were never sent to us cannot be retrieved or deleted by us.

This website is intended for adults. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, please contact us. We may update this notice when the website or its services change.

Questions sent through the website

If you use the inquiry form, we collect the name, email address, and question you submit so JTS Coaching can respond. Netlify processes and stores the submission and applies spam filtering. Website reflection answers are not automatically included. Submitting a question does not subscribe you to marketing.

We use inquiry information to handle your request and any resulting business conversation. To ask about your submitted information or request its removal, use the inquiry form.
